The First Class Care Difference
What's Different About First Class Care?
First and foremost, client-focused care.
Client safety, independence and confidentiality are our top priorities. We are entirely focused on your needs; family is special with its deep bonds and unique relationships. Facing dramatic change, such as moving a loved one into a supported living accommodation is an unsettling prospect for most people.
Values and support.
We understand that choosing a home-health provider is an important decision that will impact upon your loved one's life as well as your own. We have values, which we adhere to such as equal rights, choices, privacy, dignity, fulfilment and independence for our service users regardless of age, disability, gender, ethnic origin, nationality or sexual orientation. Our innovative approach has already enabled many elderly and young adults, despite difficulties in coping with daily living, to remain independent and where they most wish to be. This may be in their own home or living in one of our well-equipped supported homes. We're here to answer any questions you may have and provide support throughout the process, including helping you understand what government funding options may be available to you.
Caring, professional staff.
Careful screening and ongoing training ensure that our staff are the most personable, informed, and professional providers in the
Carer/service user compatibility.
We work hard to match clients with compatible carers. Our carers represent a variety of cultures and speak a broad range of languages. They understand cultural nuances, cooking styles and lifestyle issues. If you love gardening, we'll strive to match you with a carer who has a green thumb.
We take the continuing education of our carers seriously. A number of our carers and certified nursing assistants are already qualified and we provide more training to challenge them further. A Carer Training Manual is given to them when they start and quarterly employee newsletters also assist in helping our carers to be the best in their field.
No-obligation, homecare needs-assessment.
One of our registered nurses or highly trained carers is available to visit your home and assess your healthcare or living needs, free of charge. And as your needs change, we'll update your plan of care so that you can be confident you are always getting the most effective care possible.
